Finishing the unquiet dead quest and starting my own farm, plus buying my goat. Beware of using this location to send your followers, children and pets to live. They always disappeared for me. Your farmhands that you hire along with the follower you hire to run the farm do not disappear, however. Whereas they live in an area outside and then in a house of their own when you are able to build it. So as long as you do not send anyone to live in the house. It's still worth using this home because you make a ton of money from the crops and animals. We head back to Whiterun to use it as a launching point for the journey to Bleakfalls Barrow. Along the way I ran away from a giant because I'm not fucking with that right now!
