The 2 BIGGEST Leftist Lies About the Omnibus Bill

President Joe Biden just signed off on the radical Left’s massive spending wish list for 2023. Knowing what was in that spending bill, it’s important to understand what we can and are doing to try to stop it – at least some of it – while we still have a chance. Yesterday we told you about Sen. Rand Paul’s report on wasteful government spending. We were only scratching the surface.

As reported by CNN:

"Biden signed the bill while vacationing on St. Croix in the US Virgin Islands. The bill was flown to him for signing, the White House said.

'The White House received the bill from Congress late afternoon on Wednesday. The bill was delivered to the President for his signature by White House staff on a regularly scheduled commercial flight,' a White House official told pool reporters."

Of course the 87,000 new IRS agent funding is still in the $1.7 TRILLION spending bill, which they’ve actually had the nerve to call 'bipartisan.' A super-sized IRS is not good for anyone except the federal government which is salivating for that extra tax revenue from all those additional audits.

And there is nothing in this bill intended to secure our southern border with Mexico. That’s precisely why we told you earlier this week about New York Rep. Claudia Tenney’s proposed bill to redirect that money that President Biden wants to pump into his rogue IRS. There was even mention of arming IRS agents now. It’s an alarming new strategy for the IRS.

What does the Biden Administration really think of the American people? Do they truly think we are that naïve?

Even traditionally Left-leaning CNN had to acknowledge that flying a climate bill to the President in the Caribbean is a bad look for the Biden Administration, and it’s not even the first time he’s done this, reporting:

"It’s at least the second time this year that an important bill has been flown to Biden for his signature."

You had better believe your ACLJ is watching all of us this, and we are already on it. Our legal department will investigate and use every legal tool in our arsenal. We know that none of the victories we’ve achieved over this last year would have been possible without the financial support of the ACLJ members. And we are not slowing down.

The ACLJ is charging forward into 2023 ready for battle. But we’re up against a major obstacle.

We’re in the last two days of our Year End Matching Challenge. Right now, every tax-deductible gift will be DOUBLED, dollar-for-dollar thanks to generous private donors who’ve agreed to match your gifts. But when the clock strikes MIDNIGHT on New Year’s Eve, it’s too late.
