Sylvain Rochon, is a French Canadian Biochemist, with Degrees in Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering and Education, from the University of Ottawa, Canada. He is one of three founding members of The Alliance for ET Diplomatic Contact. He is a long time member of the Raelian Movement founded in 1973 by Claude Vorhilon, who took the name Rael, and founded the movement after having two major face to face encounters with a race of extra terrestrials who told him they were humanity's creators, the ELOHIM, The symbol on the badge worn on their clothing is the symbol that became the logo for the Raelian Movement.

Rael was told he had two tasks he needed to do, 1, share information about what they had shared and to spread the message of love and unification on Earth. 2. Is to create a physical embassy, which when humanity is ready, when it is built, will be the place they will come to, but not unless there is a welcome from humans, and the consciousness has risen to a higher level.

Sylvain has been a member of the movement for 25 years and shares what has been in development in the group and the progress of the ET embassy. Sylvain describes himself as a futurist, and has companies and is a member of various groups engaged in strategies to bring a better experience to Earth..

This is an exciting initiative, and if all goes to plan, the physical building will be up and running between 2025 and 2035. The embassy will act as an official embassy of the Elohim, and the usual legal and administrative processes will be part of its functioning, the same as any other embassy. The location for this exciting venture is not yet revealed , and when that host country accepts the offer to have an ET embassy in their country, they will announce that fact when they are ready.
