Another "new year" is approaching, and for all of you who don't have all of the goals you were supposed to have done by now, you may think you're falling behind. I'm here to tell you that time isn't real and why it's limiting you! In today's new Youtube video, I explain that true success and true mastery, in spite of what society and social media will have you believe has no timeline. No one can tell me how long it will take for my healing process to be complete and when I will feel all better just as no one can guarantee when I will hit my next weightlifting and jump PR. This is why I'm starting to realize that setting goals is great, but then disregarding the time it takes to complete them is what's best. This way you don't limit yourself and box yourself into this idea that if you don't accomplish your goals by this time, then you're failing and it's time to quit. Moreover, I finish off this final video of the "year" (whatever that means lol) by showing you some massive lifting PRs I made a few weeks ago while being hyped up by my gym bros Chris @kaelomula and Alli!
