Don't Follow Your Passion. Here's Why. (ft. Microsoft SWE)

One of the most popular career advice given to everyone is to "follow your passion" but in reality that's not the best thing to do if you want to build a career that is meaningful and exciting for you. In this video I will be arguing why you should NOT follow your passion and instead chase skill mastery. I share lessons that I learned from Cal Newport's book So Good They Can't Ignore You.
