Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms on a Charcoal Grill (Easy Recipe)

Making stuffed mushrooms is an easy recipe and super delicious. Cook up some sausage hot or sweet, smoke a brick of cream cheese or room temp with some rub (spg) on it for 20 minutes and add 1/4 cup panko into the sausage and cream cheese mixture to add to the mushroom caps, then top with some cheddar.
Cook indirect on any grill at 350 degrees F for about 20-25 minutes and let rest for 5 minutes before devouring. Cheers!
