Guys I want to be clear don’t try this at home unless you’re absolutely certain you know the legislation inside and out.
Had to forcibly remove an enforcement agent today for aggravated trespass. I asked him to leave very nicely and on a number of occasions and as you can see from the video I only used reasonable force in doing so. He also had several more opportunities whilst been escorted off my drive to leave of his own freewill but decided he was going to act Billy big Balls.
Unfortunately for him I’m not scared or intimidated by them or the threat of police.

Ps police never even showed up despite him ringing 999
I’m well known to the local constabulary for seeing off these bully boys 🥳
Sorry Guys this was originally 2 videos I’ve managed to stitch the audio from my phone to my CCTV footage. Audio is a bit pants but you can just about make out what’s going on.

A bailiffs 'Implied Right of Access' can be removed in advance making him a TRESPASSER if he attends.
If they do not leave and go on to OBSTRUCT you or your property, they can be arrested for AGGRAVATED TRESPASS.
