Joal Miller of San Tan Physical Therapy gives tips on how to avoid injuries for those involved in the shooting sports and dryfire.

A warm up is key to loose muscles, tendons, ligaments, and joints, all of which aids getting the best out of our in dryfire practice and live fire training, along with in avoiding injuries.

On a personal note (Adam Winch here), a good physical therapist, such as Joal, makes a world of difference when dealing with serious injuries.
If you are dealing with injuries, I urge you to go see either Joal - or someone like him if you are not in the southeast Phoenix / Queen Creek areas - to see how they can help you.
