Seven massage positions for feet calves and shins

Getting up close and personal to your feet calves and shins is not tricky when you know how. And when you are there in position, the right position makes the massage easy.

The seven positions are listed below.
(1 standing position):-
Sole of foot massage

(3 seated positions):-
Sit against the wall
Sit cross legged
Mermaid sit

(2 kneeling positions):-
Geisha kneel
Half Geisha/half squat
(one in all fours

(1 all fours position):-
All fours with head on the ground
