Yolanda Johnson is the founder of Family Matters Partnership, INC. The organization believes in developing a holistic approach to the family unit, where Faith and Freedom reigns, revives, restores, and redeems.

Over the last 18 years, Yolanda's desire to have an impact on the family unit intensified through her own experience and years of experience in the non-profit and city government sectors. Seeing how the programs in the organizations she worked for were structured and the limited impact she could make impressed upon her ability to venture outside of the structure that limited family's ability to be impacted and thrive. Her desires to see true change within the family unit birthed her organization.

Yolanda believes that the family unit is the foundational institution of society ordained by God and is the driving force to a thriving economy. When families are doing well, our cities, states, schools, and country do well.
