Tennis elbow 2: whiplash nerve root pain reduction

Tennis elbow is often present alongside nerve root irritation at the side of the neck (reference below). By correcting the posture and gently gapping the joints at the side of the neck (uncovariate joints, facet joints), we can work at reducing joint irritation and swelling and thus, pressure on nerve roots. With reduced nerve root irritation, we can hope to normalise the tennis elbow pain and fine motor control of the forearm. Go gentle.
