JACK DUCOEUR IS PRESUMED INNOCENT. This is just my opinion on the NEW information that we have learned in the last couple days. Why he is still considered still a POI to many people and why it's NOT a "conspiracy theory" to consider him one.

When a female is murdered more than half the time it is done by an intimate partner, an ex partner, or a family member or close friend. That is what statistics show. That is numbers that is fact. Of course this does NOT mean that he committed the crime. It is also a fact that it was not just Kaylee who was a victim here. And while her injuries were much more severe, it's still does not mean that she was necessarily the target.

But we haven't been told by law-enforcement why any of these people have been "cleared" or "ruled out". In fact, law-enforcement hasn't even used those words. All they have said is they don't believe certain people are involved AT THIS TIME. This is why speculation remains about certain people and this video is MY OPINION on what we HAVE been told.

The only time they actually used the word "cleared", is when explaining that the phone calls made to Jack D were cleared. The last I checked a phone call can't commit a crime.

THERE IS ALSO A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SPECULATION AND CONSPIRACY THEORIES.
