Suspect in Paul Pelosi attack, David DePape enters court plea

The man accused of attacking Nancy Pelosi's husband with a hammer has pleaded not guilty to attempted murder charges brought by the state of California.
David DePape is charged in state court with attempted murder, assault with a deadly weapon, and threatening a family member of a public official.
DePape remains detained without bail; his state case will be heard again on February 23.
