So, before you fall into that spiral, take a deep breath and read our list of top 10 weight loss tips that are sure to ease your fitness journey into the new year.
Respect meal times
Eating at regular times each day will help burn more calories. Your body gets used to a daily routine this way, and it also reduces the temptation to munch on unhealthy snacks between meal times.

Planning your meals in advance will help you eat healthily. This will also help you keep an eye on your calorie intake and prevent you from eating unhealthy fast food.
Add more fiber to your diet
Fiber-rich foods will keep you fuller for longer. It reduces your hunger for a longer period which is perfect for weight loss. Consuming more fiber is also good for digestion and improves metabolism.
Make water your best friend
Yes, drinking 2 to 3 liters of water a day will not only keep you hydrated but also suppress your appetite. Drinking a little water throughout the day can help reduce mid-meal hunger pangs and reduce calorie intake.
Drinking water also boosts your metabolism and helps you burn more calories. If you don't like water, try adding a few slices of your favorite fruit to the bottle to make it tastier.
