Elderly and disabled evacuated by train from Kherson, official says

A number of elderly and disabled civilians were evacuated from Kherson, Ukraine, by rail, the region's governor said on Thursday, December 29th, just days after a deadly attack on the city. In the released video footage, elderly and disabled people can be seen being helped out of vehicles to the station before boarding a train.
