Exactly what the video title says! Sure, it's a long video but, see how I do a solo leaf removal/fall cleanup and make $185! Now, before you say that $185 is too much; have you ever considered having minimums no matter what? $185 is my minimum for fall leaf removals. You have to factor in so many variables when doing these. $185 would cover about 90 minutes on the property for a solo guy. My hourly rate, as the owner is $110. Let's say Jordan helps me; I charge his hourly rate as $85. Even though I am solo today, I still require my minimum to help offset the costs of travel, gas, recycle fees and travel time to the recycler.

I had another job today and I was there about an hour as well. So, for about 3 hours working (which includes drive time) I made $370 cleaning up leaves. I added a little commentary at the end of this video. Hopefully I can sell some Christmas tree pickup and recycle services to my customers this weekend. Also, really looking forward to Landscape Summit hosted by @MikeAndes .
