This is a multipurpose device for the Sega Saturn, Sega Dreamcast, Sony PlayStation, and potentially more consoles. It acts as a "flash cartridge" (not really, but for explanation purposes) for the Saturn/Dreamcast/PlayStation that can allow for all games to be played off the device.
