Fixing Fractured Fellowship

Have you found it occasionally difficult to get along well with other Christians? Isn’t there some magical abracadabra that automatically makes all Jesus-followers reasonable, pleasant, kindhearted and enjoyable? Why do we frequently have to process contention, strife, division and other unhealthy elements from people who claim to belong to God’s Son? The answer is found in recognizing that none of us are yet fully glorified. We are saved, but we are in the process of being made like unto Christ. During that time, we are called to work hard toward unity and oneness in the Spirit. In this message, the Apostle Paul appeals to early Christians to do away with tribalism, division and arrogance. In his words, we find for ourselves some foundational principles that will empower us also to press forward and bring healing when fellowship with other believers gets fractured. We must get it right with one another in order to walk uprightly with God.
