More passengers were stuck in long queues at the Southwest Airlines baggage service office in Dallas Love Field airport on Wednesday (December 28), as pressure mounts on the budget carrier to help customers affected by the travel fiasco originally triggered by severe winter storms over the Christmas holiday weekend.
