Installing Windows 11 with a Local Account or no Internet

This year, 2022, Microsoft started forcing you to connect to the internet and log into a Microsoft account while installing Windows 11. This video will tell you how to avoid this without using any third-party utilities or special install media. As it states in the beginning of the video do NOT have an internet cable plugged in while installing Windows. I created this video from screen captures, using Hyper-V to install Windows 11 Pro. I used ClipChamps built in Text to Speech for the narration
