Southwest Airlines cancels more flights

The head of Southwest Airlines is pledging to make things right for customers left stranded and inconvenienced after days of flight cancellations and delays. The airline blamed the holiday winter storm for forcing it to freeze service nationwide. It's now being called one of the worst air travel meltdowns in recent history.
