Volunteers assemble floats for upcoming annual Rose Parade

The Rose Parade is airing right here on 23ABC next Monday. Usually, many of the floats are normally assembled by professional float-building companies with armies of volunteers. Anabel Munoz shows us a handful of "self-built" floats assembled by teams of amateurs and backed by individual donations and fundraising.
