Initial start of this video shows how to get into 4K (3840 x 2160) resolution which I added as an extra option. I also unlocked limitation of the game FPS to high maximum while leaving the other low FPS untouched.

And as requested, there's also guidance on the hack installation which I hope is helpful to those who still don't understand. Don't get confused. Basically, there's 3 different methods of installations. You simply pick one that's convenient for you or probably 2, the portable and one of the required files. The 'Utilities' are totally optional but can be very useful so just download and keep it aside for an unpredictable moment.
