Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses today's release of an open letter to FFLs nationwide regarding the Polymer 80, Lone Wolf and other similar polymer "Glock" style frames and whether they, standing alone, constitute a firearm frame as contemplated by ATF Rule 2021R-05F, the ATF's new rule on Frames and Receivers. What should come as a surprise to absolutely no one, ATF has, in fact, determined that these frames, standing alone constitute finished frames, now mandating that a Form 4473 be completed and a background check conducted before purchasing one. What does all of this mean to you, the lawful and responsible gun owner? Learn all of that and arm yourself with education today.
