Some things I’ve learned when death feels like the only way out…

not everyone is out to “get me”, hurt me, take advantage of me. most people care about me a lot and want me to be in this world happily

keep yourself safe with loving people around you. bad influences can be particularly appealing when you don’t feel good about yourself

being sensitive is normal and most people aren’t meaning to trigger you. Being honest and saying “I’m feeling sensitive right now” is helpful

being productive does help distract you, which is sometimes exactly what you need. and that’s okay, you still need to function as a human

these feelings are here for a reason and I can learn from them and make changes in my life if necessary

other people feel these exact same emotions, I am not alone in this experience. however, they are not ‘normal’ reaching out is difficult but necessary

crying and screaming feel great and are healing! but being destructive ( breaking things in fits ) is only a reflection of how you feel inside and won’t help you feel better

spending time reflecting on your feelings is extremely important. journaling / audio recordings are useful in understanding yourself

learning how to comfort yourself can literally save your life. gentle touch, swaying, tapping (EFT) are useful tools

these feelings are not a reflection of your personal value or worth in this world. keep fighting to love yourself and to become a nicer, wiser and happier version of yourself. It is possible for you!

Sending you so much love!✨🥰💛🍊🙌🏻🐒🌸🌞
