Today I talk about dealing with back pain for 28 years as a dedicated yoga student/teacher. The back pain got worse when I broke bones in my spine in a Yin Yoga Class. This Yoga injury led me to discover the value in alignment and taught me that movement adds up. Now I teach Happy Movement 101 to help other people discover what movements will help their bodies.

Dealing with body pain is exhaust. It is so frustrating to feel a chronic or nagging pain that will not go away. For anyone that has not heard my story. I suffered from back pain for 28 years that led me to a spinal injury. I broke bones in my spine 5 years ago. It is my joy to share my body education. I learned how to heal the broke bones in my spine, I no longer have disc degeneration, and I no longer have any pain in my body. This is what my work is, sharing techniques to reducing pain naturally with Happy Movement 101.
