This is The End... of the year.

It is that time of year! The End!
People make resolutions. This is a generally good practice even if it tends to be ineffective for most people.
This morning, I want to talk a bit about this process and some things that you can do to keep those resolutions.
Rather than making resolutions, set some goals.
The other thing I want to talk about today is keeping your conservative values at the forefront of setting those goals.
