The simple intention of this video is to compare the orchestral playback between MuseScore 3, StaffPad, & MuseScore4.

Note: The StaffPad concert bass drum requires a purchase to use. The explosion sound-effect (from the StaffPad elements panel) run through a treble filter along with additional reverb applied is used to substitute.

Score originally made in MuseScore 3 and imported into StaffPad with XML export.

Audio Panning:
MuseScore 3: Panning adjustments applied
StaffPad: Panning adjustments made.
MuseScore 4: Panning adjustments made.

Reverb:
MuseScore 3: No reverb applied.
StaffPad: Used the default reverb setting for each instrument. 40% The concert bass drum substitute used 100% reverb.
MuseScore 4: Medium Room reverb used applied for the whole orchestra at the default setting. Additional Medium Room reverb applied to the brass, bass, and snare drum at the default setting.
