How to Acquire a HVAC Business with an SBA 7a Loan using Outside Investors

I’ve worked in the HVAC industry as a lead installer for years. I found a local company whose owner wants to retire and sell the business.

The business is strong and has been well established for 15 years.

The owner said he’d carry about 5 percent, so I know I need to bring in some of my own money. That may strap me a little.

Are there any investment groups you know of that could help with an equity injection?

Thanks,
Fred
