meditation for peacefullness

.There's so much noise in our heads and it only serves to stress us out. So many of us are looking for a way to relief some of the anxiety, anger, and pain that we carry within us, but few of us know where to start. If you're looking for that starting place, join me in this 10 minute meditation. It will be hard at first because it is unfamiliar, but with practice it'll get easier and better and more peaceful by the day.
