My Ab Focused Pilates Routine

I never tried doing Pilates much, until I found myself feeling really stiff after some heavy lifting workouts all week. I found Annie Parker's video on the Women's Workout Channel and felt SO much better after trying it. Now I do Pilates almost every day!

I added some extra ab work to her original routine and broke it up with a couple quick stretches too! Try it out and let me know what you think!
