In this video I try out the FLIR camera on the Ulefone Armor 9 Camera-phone, while Papa Tom and I [with special guest Buddy the Corgi] make Christmas Eve seafood pasta salad.

Recipe: 1 box Barilla Ditalini Pasta (but, use whatever type short pasta you like, it doesn't really matter) RINSE with COLD right away after reaching the "al dente" (a little chewy) stage of doneness.

Best Foods or whatever your favorite brand of Mayonnaise (don't use Miracle Whip!! You sick weirdos!)
add in
Cavender's All Purpose Greek Seasoning (or Old Bay if you
Cilantro paste
Lemongrass paste
[Mix to taste, but you want the flavor to be a little bit more than "strong" because it will mellow out when mixed in with the pasta, etc.]

Green Onions/Chives - chopped
Celery - Chopped
Frozen Petite (Early Harvest) Peas

Mix the veggies, pasta, and mayo together - trying to be gentle so you don't tear apart the pasta.

Last, very GENTLY mix in
1-2 packages of artificial "Crab" chunks (in this case, the fake stuff really is better than real crab due to texture)

2 cans of "Tiny shrimp"

Then, you *should* let it sit in the refrigerator over night to "set" the flavor and textures in, and let everything mellow a bit.
But trust me - you'll want to keep a little out for yourself right away!

Happy New Year! Best wishes to you all!
