Q: Language has different scopes and expressibility. How then can they be translated, or can they? For example, can controlled English be translated into Python? C++ to Rust? Is this a problem for Tau or only a problem for humans?

A: It is a problem for humans, humans will have to define the translation process. Tau cannot just look at the language and guess how to translate it.
