Q: Should we reveal our true identity to participate in Alpha discussions? How about in the knowledge economy in Agoras Live Platform? Or can we use an anonymous identity?

A: So the issue of identity is very important to us and we’ve been working on it. We want to allow people to be anonymous and still participate in discussions anonymously but at the same time, we want to provide certain guarantees that maintain the quality of the discussion. For example, if you have a poll survey and you ask how many people are in favor of this or that, then we have the ability to verify the identity but without revealing the true identity. We could do things like count the number of votes without revealing the true identity of anybody. All of these problems we’ve been working on the background of all of this and various intellectual property applications to protect all of that.
