Smoked Pork Butt on Mini Pit Boss

Part 1 of the Mini Boss Series just so happens to be one of our longest smokes yet... a Boston Pork Butt! What should we smoke next? Leave your comments below!

Ingredients:
8lb Pork Butt
Apple Juice
Mustard and Louisiana Hot Sauce Binder
House Rub:
Coarse black pepper (1 Tbsp.)
Garlic Powder (1.5 TSP)
Onion Powder (1.5 TSP)
Paprika (1 TSP)
Ground Mustard (1 TSP)
Salt (1 TSP)

***Smoked at 225 for 16 hours
