Teacher ignores this precious little girl in the wheelchair, not allowing her to participate!

This teacher totally ignores this precious little girl in the wheelchair, not allowing her to participate! she could’ve have easily given her space wthin circle so she can link hands with other kids.. what’s so difficult about that? Also sad is not one parent said anything too!! 😡
