Ingredients and preparation:
Wash a lemon with baking soda water.
Extract the lemon juice manually and reserve.
Chop lemon peel.
Add 3 cups of water to a saucepan.
Add the chopped lemon to the saucepan.
Grate a slice of fresh ginger.
Add 1 tbsp. of ginger to the saucepan.
Then add one cinnamon stick.
Put everything to boil. Then reduce temperature.
Cook for 20 minutes at a moderate temperature.
Cover and let it soak for 10 minutes.
Strain the drink and add the lemon juice.
Add 1/2 tsp of paprika (optional). Sweeten it with honey.
Enjoy the water cold or at room temperature.
Drink it right away or store it in the fridge.
You can keep it in the fridge for 7 days.
