To hide how bad the invasion of the United States is by illegal aliens, the Democrats are using taxpayer funded NGOs to hide the financial cost and full extent of it. They are using them as middlemen to keep their hands from getting dirty. Which comes in handy with things like transporting around the country all of the illegals that are streaming across the US/Mexico border.
