Did you know that not using full range of motion on squats INCREASES knee stress?
I see too many folks loading up the bar and doing quarter squats. This is not only a near guarantee of having crappy legs, but it can lead to injury.
If you lack ankle and calf mobility that prevents you from going low enough, fix it. I will be posting some rehab tips soon! Until then search “pillar prep lobliner” on youtube and do the movements for the lower legs I demonstrate in the videos.
I am excited to add deadlifts and squats back into my program. I REALLY want to get my squat back up in the 500s SAFELY with full ROM and no pain and I am certain I can do this!
