HUGE UPDATE: Here Comes the Lawsuit to Overturn Washington State's Magazine Ban.

Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the recently filed lawsuit in the Western District of Washington in the matter of Sullivan v. Ferguson. This action will try to enjoin the State of Washington from enforcing the provision of SB 5078 which is set to become effective on July 1st. This suit has been brought by Ms. Sullivan, a concerned citizen, as well as Rainier Arms, The Second Amendment Foundation and the Firearms Policy Coalition.
