Friday Night Frenzy | Bankman-Fried Gets Bail; Co-Defendants Deal & Dish; Cap'n Kori Gets His Wish.

It's that magical time of year for so many households, when families gather and exchange gifts. This year Mr. Bankman-Fried will be gathering with his parents in their Palo Alto home, with security and location monitoring in place. Mr. Bankman-Fried also received two surprise gifts from members of his inner circle, Caroline Ellison & Gary Wang, who reached plea agreements in exchange for their cooperation in the ongoing investigation. What a lovely time of year, indeed - anyways, let's get to the docket!

On the docket:

Kraken the Box - Cap'n Kori hit his milestone and received his silver play button. Let's do a brief recap, perhaps even share some of the things that have been going on in the shop...

Samuel Bankman-Fried - SBF agreed to extradition to the U.S., and you have to admire the gamesmanship by the prosecution in announcing they had charged and already reached plea agreements with Caroline Ellison and Gary Wang after SBF was en route to New York. SBF, Ellison, and Wang were all granted bail, so let's discuss where everything stands. Oh, the drama!!!

FTX Bankruptcy Update - the fight between FTX Global (consolidated cases of U.S. bankruptcy filings) and the Joint Provisional Liquidators (JPL - the Bahamian liquidators of FTX International) continues to escalate. Let's review this week's filings and lay out where everything stands.
