Smoked Burgers | Char-Griller 980 | Great Burgers Season 1 Episode 1

Smoked some awesome burgers on the Char-Griller 980.
Ground beef (85/15) with some SPQ Rub, and some WOWO sauce, and some shredded cheese. Mixed it all together and made just giant burgers.
Smoked them at 250 degrees for 45 minutes, flipped the over and smoked for another 45 minutes, the internal temp was up to 162+ in each burger.
Let them rest on foil for about 10 minutes, then made up the burgers and had one awesome dinner.
