iu Mei is Hong Kong BBQ meats and there is no better place to get it than Kam’s Roast Goose. A Michelin powerhouse, Kam’s was opened by the grandchildren of Master Kam who owns the famous Yung Kee restaurant in downtown Hong Kong. They serve all the classics such as Siu Yuk, Char Siu and Soya Chicken but have also developed a few new interesting dishes of their own such as Goose Liver Sausage and Roast Medallion.
