Pistol Brace Amnesty What Does That Really Mean to You?

Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the recent discovery of ATF's budget request so that their Form 1 can be re-drafted to allow the "upcoming pistol brace amnesty registration period" in which applicants will be required to submit photos of their firearm that they are requesting amnesty for. Of course, once registered, this information will be ATF's to keep and use for whatever purpose they may desire later. Furthermore, with just one act of Congress, the United States government could generate somewhere between $4 and $8 billion in additional tax revenue.
