The All Out Attack on the FFL Industry

Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses a recent case from New Jersey that illustrates the all out attack that this Presidential administration is taking against the FFL industry. This year, ATF has already revoked the most FFL licenses in the last 16 years and that was according to statistic in August of this year!!! Today, we hear of a longtime FFL in New Jersey who had a spotless record for 20+ years. During a recent audit by an ATF IOI, they discovered a few bookkeeping errors. The punishment? Revocation of the FFL of course, putting an end to this third generation family business.
