Properly rejetting the 583 Summit after HAC delete. Its finally snow ready.

The HAC failed on this sled and it was running insanely rich. We did the delete earlier this summer and were waiting for cooler temps to rejet. Its now well below zero outside and there's no time like the present. I had previously changed the mains, but never the pilots or needle clip position. As far as i can tell we've got everything sorted. Pray for snow.
