Elk Stew | Yeti Kitchen

Welcome back to Yeti Kitchen! 

Today we're making a hearty and warming elk stew. This recipe can be made with beef or venison as well (or mushrooms as meat substitute and veg stock for vegans or vegetarians). Given we have this cold front passing through (its -38 to -45 here!) I thought I would share delicious and easy to prepare stew!
