Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses ATF Rule 2021R-08 better known as ATF's new rules on firearms with attached stabilizing braces. Today we examine how micro conversion kits will be affected by the implementation of this new rule. Specifically, today we look at the "prerequisites" on form 4999, of which if your firearm does not meet those, it is instantly disqualified from AR pistol consideration and deemed a short barrel rifle.
