Could Washington's Magazine Ban Come to an End Before Christmas?

Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, is joined once again by Pete Serrano, of the Silent Majority Foundation, and lead counsel in the matter of Brumback v. Ferguson, a suit to overturn Washington's new magazine ban as codified in RCW 9.41.360. Recently, Mr. Serrano argued for a temporary injunction which would enjoin the State from enforcing that law.
