Sydney police officer appears to shove driver and use racist language

Video footage posted online appears to show an officer telling an Asian man to 'go back to China'. The officer can be seen stopping the man in his car in the Sydney suburb of Carlingford on Christmas Day. He asks the driver ‘Where did you come from?’ and then says ‘Go back to China'. NSW police are reviewing the incident
